This preformed mat for baguettes and long bread loaves can be used on any kind of tray with straight edges (90°).

 This mat is placed on an aluminium tray without the need for any fixing. Silform Baguette® mats can also be used in Multi-Bake grids. It is very economical for those professionals who only have to bake French style baguette occasionally.

 Its non-stick structure ( silicone and fibreglass) prevents the bread dough from sticking on the fibers. 

 It can be used for freezing or baking, from -40°C to 280 °C.
